My role with MWP is that of a Clinical Team Member.
2. What makes you passionate about the work you do?
What makes me passionate about my work is the fact that I work to help people move from a position of desperation to a more hopeful and productive life.
3. Why MWP?
While there are a lot of organisations carrying out interventions in trying to find solutions to effects of trauma and the prevention of the spread of HIV, MWP has included a very important component of teaching the participants entrepreneurship. This I believe will promote resilience in most of the clients and will bring out the best outcomes.
4. What makes you smile?
When I see my client change from hopelessness to believing in helpful possibilities, I smile.
5. What makes you laugh?
The moment a client starts seeing the problem in a different light and is able to talk about it in a more positive way that will bring laughter to me.
6. What makes you feel at peace?
I am at peace when I get to accomplish my task correctly and in good time
